Excellent book

A new author for me. Great book interesting, romantic, and suspenseful. I loved it. Loved the story line and of course the narration by Abby Craden.

This author was new for me. I really enjoyed the story, the characters & the fact that it wasn't your often predictable lesbian storyline. Political, but not over done at all. I'll be downloading more from this author. Abby Craden was great as usual.

Wonderful story

I love everything about this book. The characters and the whole storyline. Lola Keeley is a beautiful writer. I especially love Abby Craden reading this book. Excellent narrator always.

Agreed with good story but not original

Definitely, in line withThe American President but with a twist. I liked the Emely character but found it a bit wimpy for a heart surgeon. Abby Craden, awesome as usual.

Good story but not original

This story was the lesbian version of “The American President” which happens to be one of my favorite movies. I felt like the author ripped off most of her story line from the movie and changed little bits and pieces to make it more modern and lgbtq.
Overall I enjoyed to listen though and Abby Craden is amazing as usual.

Well written characters

It was sweet and well written and I devoured listening to it in a day, the characters are perfect and it left me wanting more of them.

Sweet story

It was a good fantasy story but lacked details. The love that grew between the two main characters was just surface level. The characters tried to become deeper but it needed a little more each time. Even the ending was ok but it kept begging questions. I also wish there was a little more spice but that is just my preference. Good story overall.
