A great start

A great listen! I won't say it's the best audiobook I've ever read, but it was thoroughly enjoyable. I had a minor gripe listening to the male narrator for some reason, but it wasn't enough to really impact my experience. I'm looking forward to volume 2.

frustrating twist

The defeat of the protagonist to progress the later part of the story frustrated me since it felt like the character events and world were suddenly stupid and nonsensical in order to make the event happen.

it really downgraded an otherwise good book.

Great super hero novel!

A fresher taste on the super hero genre and with the added benefit of spice! I really liked the voice actors as well!

An excellent story with great characters!

Beyond Superpowered by Danny Kade is an excellent story with great characters. I absolutely loved this one! Fun characters and a well developed world you want to play in. I look forward to Danny's next book! Audio Version: Ryder Wolfe and Serena Moon do a great job with their characters and overall narration.

Damn good start

Definitely started a bit slow but damn did it have me hooked once it got going can’t wait for the next one definitely recommend it

excellent start

I really enjoyed this one. pretty good start to a super hero series. dude is strong and still trying to figure things out and will poetical end up super op.. great action and levity. the romance is a little slow burn but builds nicely. the narrators did a good job and didn't hold the story back a bit. I'll be on the docket for book two for sure.

Super Powered Isekai?

Wasn't sure what to expect, but I can't say I am disappointed. Danny Kade did a great job crafting the story while the narrators do an excellent job.

Good. Maybe even great.

The first three main female characters you meet are utterly sexist. 1 in 20 supers are male and supposedly most of the male supers are villains? This is right after the MC and said sexist female character survive a murder attempt from two different FEMALE supers. A murder attempt that the female character only survived thanks to the MC. Also what is up with all the standing around and watching? MC just stands there and watches multiple times while people are fighting and every time his allies get hurt. The MC also just assumes he will lose or can’t handle something multiple times, and you know what they say about assuming. Other than the out right sexism, and the MC’s inaction and assumptions this book is quite good.

outstanding

an awesome superhero isekai story. the MC gets his powers from a goddess that he quickly leaves how to use and upgrade. there are multiple love interests but it's not overpowered with erotic scenes. imo this was phenomenal from the start and looks only to get better. I can't wait for round 2
