Marvelous first outing

This is this guy's first book?
I wouldn't believe it if he hadn't said so. seriously this is one excellent Harem story.

Melanie Hastings.... oh why won't you Marry me and read books to me all day?

Seriously, her narration is exactly what this book needs. The character voices are excellent and she adds so much emotion to her performance.

Please give this one a shot.

Fun and exciting adventure from start to finish!

This story has been an excellent adventure from start to finish and it's been exhilarating listening to it. My only regret is that book two isn't already on my phone.

A pleasant Surprise!

I got a free copy to give my honest opinion. I have always been fond of the concept of Firearms in a Fantasy setting, such as Flintlock Fantasy. This book is WWI in a fantasy setting. If you have seen Youjo Senki, replace Tanya with an ex-CIA agent, and add other fantasy races such as Dragons, Elves, Dwarves and so on. Without spoiling too much, you should give this book a try. I guarantee you'll have fun with it.

This is probably one of the best isekai style stories I’ve heard in a while. I love the mix of magic and guns within a ww1 ww2 era. The narration was perfect and brought the whole story to life.

honestly a pretty decent story

so honestly I went into this with sorta low hopes for it and was very impressed. the main character is interesting, a the side characters both the female and male characters all feel alive.
I do hope in the next installment we get more of there goals and actions.

why only four stars then? my own personal thing first off I dislike the main characters power I feel it takes some threat away from the story (though I will admit it is a fun one).
I also took a point because when we got into ww1 / 2 world I was sorta excited! however we don't get to explore as much as I would like on the world and in fact have more gods interaction. not bad because it is a bit interesting but I like the world, setting and humanoid interaction more (this could change).
