Hilarious Read

This was a new author and narrator to me! I listed to the audio and loved it! The narrator did a great job of bringing the characters to life!

The characters are hilarious! I love what Shannon refers to her ex-husabnd as - which makes her more relatable! I could see me pulling my bestie into the shenanigans that Shannon gets into!

I'm a little iffy on the love interests and where they might be heading!

I can't wait to read the next book in this series!

Read this yesterday!!

Such a unique story of magic and inherited powers. The idea of the witching well was one I thoroughly enjoyed. I love that this story shows an older character in her prime flourishing against all odds. Can’t wait for book 2.

fantastic l story

I really enjoyed this book, they story kept my attention, and I didn't want to put the book down. I was excited to listen to the 2nd book.

What a fun listen!

In the past few weeks I've been catching up on listening when I came across this book. Wanting something light I started this and just got taken in by the story. All of the characters are the type of people you want to be friends with and the plot is quite cute. There are at least two more books in the series - and I definitely plan on listening to them.

Jennifer Pickens is one of my favourite narrators and does another wonderful job on this book.

I like that the characters were older and not a young adult. The story held my interest.

Overall a great story and look forward to the few books in the series. The person reading the book did a great job with presentation and pronunciation and made for a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed this series a lot. Light hearted and enjoyable. Mid-life crisis x wierd witching. What can go wrong? Made me laugh.

Absolutely love this

There was nothing I didn’t like. I really do recommend this book. There is something in there for everyone. And the narrator made it so easy to relate to each one of the characters. I look forward to more work from both of these ladies.

Great book!

I can't wait to get into the next one! I'll be honest (never had much success at dishonesty 🙄), I love paranormal but wasn't sure I would like one geared to women. But I am sure glad I stepped up and tried it. There was not a lot of deep erotic hard (🤫) core episodes but it did get a little racy on occasion. All in all, I think you will love it!

Jennifer did a great job with narration. I am always amazed at how someone can change an inflection, timbre or countless other things to make each voice distinct. Great job for both!!!

I enjoyed this book! It was a fun read. A woman,whos husband has cheated and ruined her life,moves to her Great Aunts old house. Odd things happen,like finding a well that granst wishes...maybe. Jennifer Pickens was a really good narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
