This whole book is a mantra!

I love affirmations and Amanda speaks in affirmations. Her words resonate with me on every level. I have saved or written down every sentence that stands out to me and I repeat them daily as part of my morning routine. I've listened to this audio book 20 million times and it's the background music of my daily life. My husband jokes that Amanda Frances is his second wife because he hears her voice more than mine in the house. Amanda is the real deal. Doing the homework in this book feels like I'm in one of her courses. And immediately after doing the homework I could feel a shift in my mindset and energy field. This book is the only book you will ever need.

PS. I am neurodivergent and I think Amanda may be too because her teachings lack rigidness and too much structure and it feels easily doable

Pps. I use this book by playing the audio version in the background and then I read the physical book and see what sentences stand out to me or or I just do the homework exercises while the audio plays. I also slow Amanda's voice down one level because it felt like she's reading too fast and I was unable to absorb the information at her fast pace.

Damn I just read some reviews and people are nuts! If you start reading a book at chapter 3 don’t like it, return it for your credit. Stop whining. It’s her book, stop judging her voice. Clearly you are not ready for the book. The vibes behind your review show this…
Anyway I found this book to be very practical day-to-day life examples of how a person can change their mindset, and begin to manifest things and situations in their life. The exercises at the end of the chapters are particularly helpful and thought-provoking. Every re-examination of myself gives me deeper insight into who I am, and what I want, and I thought these exercises were very useful. I loved the book. If your mind is open, you will also benefit from this book.
