Long overdo!

I have needed to read this book since I started NRA Highpower competition in 1996.

Outstanding advice for managing your midset!

This title was recommended highly by a friend and it did not disappoint. Obviously the book was written from a competition sports perspective but I found it very helpful from a business standpoint as well as from a parents perspective. The words that we use both internally and externally have a huge impact. The practical, easy to implement processes described in this book are invaluable. I am certain I will be listening to this title several more times.
