Love the Voice

I has never heard of Riz Ahmed till I heard the book of Assassins Gold. Love the voice! So soothing yet passionate—how can one be both? His voice makes the stories he reads better.

loved this book. I will definitely read it again. Need at least 3 listens to get every gem of wisdom out of it.

I liked the narrator's voice

After I got over the fact that yho, this is a man who has opinions ON EVERYTHING. I learnt to appreciate it, he shares good nuggets on how to live well in different vocations and also shares good wisdom about life. My favourite line has to be the one in the beginning - where someone says something along the lines of my love won't bind nor hold you... goodness.
