Despite this being a prequel and me roughly knowing the end it was still heart wrenching. Lexi's books never dissapoint.

Also... Kind of feeling guilty about being hot for Stasia's dad lol and that little bit of knife play... Yummy. 5 stars.

Loved this book!!!

I really enjoyed listening to Sethios & Caro’s story. It also gives a bit more background to the entire series. I put off listening to this one for so long because I was worried since I know things didn’t end well for them. I knew though with Lexi’s writing and Sarah’s narrating I would love it and I really did. All that procrastinating for no reason. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jumping into the next book immediately. Things are making So much sense now and I'm So excited to see the story unfold.
