Good back Story

I really love the fact that Smith wrote these books. It brings a great deal of backstory to several of the characters. You also get a good understanding of how terrifying the organics are. Easily five stars!

Very nice. Not a prequel but fills in Jeff and David's adventure prior to being found

This short story is a prequel to the "Orbs" series. It sheds light on author Nicholas Sansbury Smith's "Orbs" characters. If you are reading or are going to read "Orbs" series, this is an essential piece that will enhace your reading/listening expedience.

This should be cheaper.....

Wanted to hear the prequels but can't really say that the two even together are worth a full book price.
