ONE battle down

I am enjoying the DragonBlood series as a whole. This book seemed to have less content and moved much slower than the previous ones. I was also expecting to hear more about Tylee and the dragon, but didn't. On the plus side The battles were exciting and the light humor filled every page. We have been introduced to a new sorceress and sword, gotten rid of a few minor antagonists and learned more about our real enemy. I am looking forward to see how all the loose ends wind into the next book. I am enjoy Caitlin Davies various voices that make the story live.

So much fun to listen to. the narrator does a fabulous job. Brings all the characters to lifw.

Can never get enough of these Characters

I started out reading this series. I listened to it about a year later, I have now listened to it again, and it's always like going back to visit old friends. I feel the same about all of her books and characters. They are so much fun.

Great continuation of the Dragon Blood series

This book seamlessly picks up where book four ends. The same great cast of characters and Lindsey Buroker does a great job continuing each character's journey and over time fills in just the right amount of additional backstory. If you enjoyed the earlier books, this book won't disappoint. Highly recommended.
