Torn between two men... When I woke up after the accident, I couldn't remember anything from the last year - including my relationship with Max Hallowell or anything about Nate Crane. Now my memories are returning, but instead of answering my questions, they're leaving me with more.
The man who broke my heart and wants to be my future... Max is all I ever wanted, and now he wants to marry me. He'll do everything he can to fill my life with love, family, and security. I need those things now more than ever. But can I trust him?
The man who stole my heart and wants to let me go... Nate never made me promises, and I never asked him to. I'd been on the rebound, looking for a distraction, and he made me feel beautiful and wanted when I needed to feel those things most. He says he has to let me go, but what if I can't let go of him?
With every revelation and every passing day, I feel more like Alice down the rabbit hole. I'm falling. Who will catch me?
Fall to You is the second book in the Here and Now series. It is not a stand-alone and is intended to be listened to following Lost in Me. Hanna's story concludes in book three, All for This.

What did you love best about Fall to You?
I never knew what was going to happen.Any additional comments?
Even though I did not agree with all the character's behaviors, I enjoyed it a lot. I am so leery of love triangles, but this one I enjoyed. This story was intense. It is told in three different POVs. Max, Hannah, and Nate's.
The narrators did a good job. I think Gabriel Vaughn did Nate's voice which was good, but sometimes her sounded so intense. Piper Goodeve did an amazing job.
My heart was racing but I loved it

Heading into Book 3, there are still a few questions that remain unanswered, and there’s no way to tell if Hanna or readers will ever learn those truths. What I do know is that Hanna has a difficult decision to make, and, at this point, there’s no clear cut winner. When it’s all said and done, someone is going to be the odd man out, and it’s going to hurt like hell to experience it through their eyes.
Piper, once again, does a fantastic job of expressing all of Hanna's frustrations and hurt. Listeners clearly understand the dilemma that Hanna is in due to her feelings for two men and the memories she still doesn't remember and as new surprises are revealed, Hanna's barely holding on and Piper shows that in her broken words and whispers. I also enjoyed the two male perspectives because it allowed Max and Nate's words to be brought to life more so than I could do by just reading it.
Fall to You is an amazing sequel. The main characters are even more developed, which provides readers further insights into their hearts and their minds. The back and forth between past and present works extremely well because we need to understand all that happened before the accident to help define the events that are occurring after it. I’m sure Book 3 is going to leave us even more perplexed before key facts are learned, but that’s exactly what keeps readers’ interest. Whether you’re Team Nate or Team Max, All for This is going to be one interesting read!

I am so wrapped up in where this story will end..... will she choose gorgeous Max who's been so loving, supportive, sweet and he deeply loves her or will she choose vulnerable Rock Star Nate who's been emotionally damaged by his past but who desperately wants her to choose him. I can't wait to find out the conclusion to this beautiful and torture filled love story and thank Audible that I don't have to because they're all here ready to be devoured one after another then sighed over, savoured and appreciated.
As I reluctantly finished book 1, processed the emotional torment of what I had just listened to and the shocking news it brought and then, as I eagerly and frantically started this book, I had high hopes that it would be as good as the first one and Lexi Ryan didn't disappoint..... it was.
Worth a credit? Errr that would be a definitely, positively and abso.......lutely YES.
PHEWEE, I'M EMOTIONALLY DRAINED & LOVED EVERY WORD

In this second book, Hanna is finally beginning to remember things. Unfortunately, the memories are few and far between. They seem to be coming in chronological order. So, while we are slowly learning about Hanna's actions throughout the past year - the important memories have not yet revealed themselves.
In book 1, at least in my opinion, Max was a jerk. He was portrayed as a man who showed very little interest in Hana - even though she supposedly had an engagement ring on her finger from him. The memories that she is remembering do not show him in a great light. BUT....in this book, for the first time we get glimpses that Max may not be all that bad. For one thing, we get his POV and that changes everything.
We also are getting Nate's POV and there was so much going on. Nate is very troubled, but he is also a good guy, because he actually does have feelings for Hanna. It is weird that in this book, the fact that Hanna was basically starving herself, had an eating disorder and was exercising herself to death, seem to have been forgotten. Weight, which so much a part of Hanna's view about herself in book one, is not really mentioned. That was odd.
As usual, this book also ends in a cliffhanger. We still do not know what happened to Hanna on that fateful day and we do not know IF, or why, she really picked Max. So, it seems to be a forgone conclusion that I am moving on to book 3.
A girl's gotta know.....
ps - this is neither here nor there, but I do not really like the male narrator for Nate. His voice does not match what I perceived Nate to sound like. Again, just my opinion, but it did bother me.
Some answers...but not enough
