🔸️🔸️ Good Story 🔸️🔸️

I enjoyed this book. it wasn't overpowering but had enough angst to keep me interested. I will be checking out more books by Ella Sheridan. The narration was excellent which really added to the interest in the book. Jason Clarke is one my favorite narrators. This may be my first listen by Stella Hunter and I was extremely pleased and will look forward to hearing more of her narration. LOVE ❤❤ the DUET style.

Family

I am so excited for this book, I have been wanting to know what would come of Remi and Leah since they were introduced in Assassins Mark. Ella Sheridan has always got such interesting plots and twist and she does not disappoint when it comes to the Agozi Brother's Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter do an excellent job on the narration.

Assassin's Heart is the third book in the Assassins Series by Ella Sheridan.

We now get to hear the story of Remi and Leah. Do yourself a favour and read/listen to the previous two books, to get more of the back story.

In book one (Assassin's Mark), we see Remi has been injured and Leah is a nurse who is abducted to help save Remi's life. When Remi wakes from a coma, he knows instantly, Leah is the one for him.

Once Agozi's brothers know Remi will be ok, they let Leah go. Remi felt he was never going to be good enough for Leah and her daughter. He would watch over them from afar. One day Leah's daughter is kidnapped and he will do anything to ensure she is found and retuned to Leah. His plan is to find her and then left Leah go, but Leah has other plans.

Really enjoyed their story. I loved reading the story and when the audio came available, I enjoyed it even more. Once again Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke have delivered this story perfectly.

TICKED ALL MY BOXES

I was addicted to Abby and Levi’s Duet love story (books 1 & 2) and the family dynamics between the brothers, their backstories and their individual roles within the Assassin business they run.. but they live by a code “they don’t harm the innocent”. Successful, handsome, caring but lethal alphas and Remi has it bad for Leah (the nurse he kidnapped to look after Levi in the previous book) and he’s stalked her for two years. But Remi doesn’t want his killer hands and dangerous lifestyle to touch Leah’s life.. however, when danger comes to her door, all bets are off and Remi must step in to save his woman. However Leah has secrets too.. Mafia secrets that she’s running from which has put her and her six year old daughter Brooke in mortal danger.. secrets that will cause kidnapping, suspense, bloodshed, betrayal, uncertainties and a rollercoaster hesitant relationship. Wonderful caring hero and a strong heroine.. suspenseful drama with chills and thrills.. smoulders, sizzles and sex.. intrigue, fireworks and delicious feels.. yes, this ticked all the boxes for me. And the duet narration by Stella and Jason was five star magic, their voices fit all the characters and the non-stop dual POV storyline came to life with their perfect performances. WORTH A CREDIT? Yes and I’m looking forward to Eli’s story next.

Awesome series!!!!

I can't get enough of this series. The is the 3rd in the 4 part series. You definitely should read them in a row and not as stand alone's. I will start reading more of Ella Sheridan's books. This is the first I have read of her books and have not been disappointed, This is a story of one of the brothers struggling with does he want to keep doing what they do now or is it time to move on and find the things he feels he doesn't deserve. The story is similar to the other as far as the different types of genres in one book. There is drama, romance and action. It will keep you interested from beginning to end. The narrators are phenomenal. Jason Clark is really good at reading the parts of the dark, alpha male. Stella is also really good. She is a new narrator for me but I am looking forward to listening to more books with her narration, It is a dual narration. When listening their range is seamless and there is no doubt what emotions they are feeling at any given point. When I got to the end I just wanted to keep reading. This doesn't land on a cliffanger I just really enjoyed the book.

Super Enjoyable

Before listening to this book I did not realize it was 3rd in a series (oops my bad!). I do not believe that took away from the experience; however, it did not take away from the story, in fact it just makes me want the rest. I loved this story, the characters, their family, just everything. They dynamic between the three brothers is fantastic! I want more, I need more!

Assassin’s Heart was fun and yet extremely serious at times. You never got confused when those times

The line about kids being like a t-rex is absolutely hilarious and I laughed a good bit on that one.

Steamy, fast-paced and heartstopping

Assassin's Heart is the 3rd book in the Assassin's series, and it is a stand-alone romance about Remi and Leah. Remi is Levi's brother, one of the three brothers teamed up as an elite group of assassins for hire. Leah had nursed Remi back to health in the previous books, and Remi lost his heart to her, without her even knowing.

i adored this book. It still has an air of mystery and a driving suspense story, but at it's heart, Leah and Remi are two people that come to depend on each other. Although on paper, Remi is less than a catch as a professional assassin, he's actual such a soulful, gentle, caring and engaging individual. His devotion to Leah, his determination to see her through a difficult time, and he's willingness to show her that he is more than what he appears was really very intriguing. Leah was a strong, determined woman that is so much more than meets the eye.

The narration of this book is simply phenomenal. Jason Clarke brings passion, determination, gentleness, and sometimes humor to his portrayal of Remi. It was such a moving portrayal, which was surprising given the material. Stella Hunter gave Leah just the right balance of fragility, determination, grit and gentleness that was needed to truly show how the character is constantly pulled in many different directions throughout.

I loved this book!
I am a big fan of Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter. I can not get enough of these Brothers! Levi, Remy and Elijah! I really love Leah’s strength and her as a parent as well. Just loved this book!!

Amazing Series!

This is the fourth book in the Assassin Series, an amazing Romantic Suspense. This story is as great as the first books in the Series. I love the brotherhood between the three brothers, Levi, Remi, and Eli. Remi and Leah's story is suspenseful and action packed! They are both great and strong characters, and they share a strong chemistry. Brooke, Leah's daughter, is so cute, and brave! The storyline is suspenseful, and action packed. The ending is perfect. I highly recommend this book, and the entire Series. This is one of my favorite Romantic Suspense Series. Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter did an outstanding job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to the next book in the series, Assassin's Game, Eli's story. I am also looking forward to read King and Charlotte's story, in Deny Me, a novel in the Southern Nights Series

Sexy and dangerous with heart

I listened to the first two books and really liked them and this one was the culmination and I loved it! First can I say Jason Clarke with that sexy voice just makes this audiobook so yummy to listen to. The duet narration narration is so amazing I can't imagine reading this book and not hearing their voices in my head saying the words.

Remi and Leah's story is full of steam and suspense and lots of action. It was so much fun getting to listen to these brothers in action as they struggle with love and being an assassin. These sexy killers have a heart only for their women. Remi fell for Leah in book 1 and has struggled with those feelings thinking he wasn't good enough for her and not wanting to bring her into his dangerous life. But he watches and follows her -stalks her- none the less, keeping tabs on her and her child. When her child his kidnapped and the nanny killed Remi forces his way into Leah's life to keep her safe and help her get her child back.

There is so much going on in this book and yet there are plenty of secrets yet to be revealed. This book captures you from the first few words as I was anxious to hear more of their story and hope that Remi gets his lady love. I really enjoyed this wonderfully suspenseful steamy dangerous book and the entire series. Oh I do hope there is another one coming?
