Love Love Love this book and the meditations

Although I’m not completely through listening to this book I have to say the meditations are absolutely amazing and wonderful. I really enjoy that Sonia is doing the reading and meditations. Her voice is very soothing and calming.

My only issue thus far is the meditations are at the end of the chapters and I wish they had their own section inside that chapter so I could just click on the title and go directly to the meditation instead of searching for it.

Also chapter 9’s meditation runs through to chapter 10. So if you click on the title chapter 10 you are 3-5 minutes into chapter 9’s meditations.

Again I wish each meditation had their own clickable title link.

Love the information and guidence within this audio book. Also, Sonia's voice is very pleasent in narrating her book.

Easy and enjoyable

The meditations alone are beyond worth it. Very easy to follow along. Pleasant reading voice.

A lot of incorrect information in this book.
Not a fan, but I did listen to the entire thing to try and give it a chance.

A Delight & Great Introduction to Our Guides

I loved it and will listen again. Sonia has a soothing voice and is gifted at explaining the basics about our individual spirit teams. Can't wait to listen to her next book.

"We Are All Loved" - Life Changing!

I bought this book on a whim because it was pretty cheap and I already had an interest and some experience with guides and angels and things like that. It was such an easy read and I felt myself wanting to listen as often as possible like it was food for my soul. The whole book is like a nice warm hug reminding us that we are always being cared for and need only to trust and believe in this even if we can't always see it. It's also a great resource to return to when we feel down to remind us of the greater plan. Highly recommended if you are at all interested in this topic!

An amazing book with meditations!!!!!!

I loved this book so much and the main reason was the fact that Sonia embedded 6 amazing meditations in the audible book. I am so happy!!!

Amazing book, an awesome reference about spirit guides!

I loved everything about this book, it taught me so much I needed to know about spiritual guidance, everything is very well explained in an easy to follow manner. It has become my daily companion on my spiritual journey. The only thing I do not like is the fact that the meditations are jumbled up with the chapters. I wish the meditations were separated so that when you want to do a meditation you just click on it without having to go to the middle of a chapter to see where it ends and then play the meditation. If it was not for that, the book is an excellent resource.

Wonderful Audiobook so soothing

I have enjoyed every moment of this audiobook. It has been soul soothing experience . I recomend it amply.
