The Best Meditation
I’m surprised at how much these meditations can change how you feel. I try to listen to all of them when I can’t sleep. I have an eye mask that has headphones in it. Off to outside myself I go. Wonderful!

I always love her work!
My only complaint is that the chapters/meditations are not labeled.
FWIW: It is hard to summarize each meditation by a title but I tried. I clip/bookmark the start of each and write a note for myself so I can go directly to the meditation I want for that specific session: sharing in the event this is helpful
1: Divine Self—with Archangel Gabriel
2: Divine Flow
3: Divine Flame
4: Divine Guidance—open heart
5: Divine Joy—pulling weeds/fears
6: Divine Knowledge
There is so much more to each meditation than my attempt at a summary. All of them are designed to help us align and evolve. All of the meditations are beautiful and comforting.

New favorite meditations!
The author narrates these extremely helpful mediations in a very soothing voice. Highly recommend for anyone who is struggling, in pain, and in need of healing.
