I appreciate Sonia's meditations! So relaxing mentally but Spiritually she takes it to a whole new level🙏🏽

These are great meditations because they are useful and soothing to one's soul.

I like everything about them. I find them extremely useful for those nights I feel restless or have trouble falling asleep. I set them up so they play in succession and I arise in the morning at peace.

Love it but…

I love this but I wish there is a description/title of each meditation. It’s very hard to determine which one you want to do

The Best Meditation

I’m surprised at how much these meditations can change how you feel. I try to listen to all of them when I can’t sleep. I have an eye mask that has headphones in it. Off to outside myself I go. Wonderful!
