May be useful for one with zero knowledge
The majority of the meditations are basically the same. This book teaches chakras and touches on different methods of clearing, such as sound bowls. If I wanted a book about chakras, that’s what I would have bought. If you already know how to meditate, don’t listen to this. It’ll be a waste of time. I was hoping for a book JUST about channeling.
