Not like other books

I listened to it and I couldn't stop. It was so fascinating... And so different from other books with similar topics. If you are searching for the kind of book that will help with dating, flirting and relationships, I'm not sure this is the right book. But if you want to understand human's desires and unconscious thought and feelings this book can help you. I really appreciated the historical parts, it showed me how much some things are in our nature and it doesn't matter what time or society we live in :)

Very Entertaining and Insightful

This book, much like 48 Laws of Power is entertaining and education because of how it uses stories and weaves the message into the story. Robert Green is fast becoming my favorite author.

It's a fantastic read for anyone wanting to learn the foundations of seduction or wanting to realize when they may be on the receiving end of it.

My only gripe with this audio book, is that unlike, The 48 Laws of Power I knew when I was going into a new section. With the Art of Seduction when the narrator is moving from one type of seducer to another sometimes it's not so easy to notice.

I think it's very insightful and compelling

although it was indeed really interesting, I can't overlook how sexist and homophobic it could be at times.

Great stories and plenty examples.

Would have loved to hear more technique and more cut and clear examples. In my opinion more than 1 listening is required.

El título no puede llevar a engaño. Robert Greene es un auténtico maestro.

En el libro se describen los 9 diferentes tipos de personalidad seductora y, más útil aún, las cualidades de la personalidad antiseductora. A continuación, se detallan paso a paso las fases del proceso de seducción.

El enfoque del libro es la "soft seduction". Muy lejos del concepto de "pick up", el objetivo es desarrollar una seducción sobre la mente de la otra persona, de forma lenta, progresiva y paciente. El proceso se basa en el aprovechamiento de las cualidades propias, y la adaptación de ellas a las cualidades y debilidades de la "víctima".

Lo mejor del libro, las continuas ejemplificaciones mediante relatos históricos, sobre los mayores seductores de la historia. Cassanova, Marilyn Monroe, Cleopatra, Kennedy, y otros desconocidos.
Ello unido a la particular forma de estructurar sus libros, hacen una obra maestra que solo pudo ser escrita por Robert Greene.

Helpful book in learning how to spot manipulation tactics.

The information in this book can absolutely be used for good or evil, but I found the advice and tips on how to seduce your “victims” to be an extremely helpful guide in learning to spot and guard yourself from manipulative behavior.

A little Gem in my library

This is a classic book on seduction ,politics, power and communication in general .It has a lot of value in it , definitely worth the time and effort to absorb it. It has many historical examples in every case that introduces, that might get a bit boring sometimes .
Anyway, this is a book I recommend to anyone that wants to understand the world better .
