Mystery

Sabrina and David are trying to let behind all the all the trouble that has been surrounding them. While enjoying dinner, they witnessed a fight between Clarissa, the owner and Felix a waiter. When Clarissa is found dead the nest morning they know for sure that tranquility is no longer an option until they find The murder. Great storytelling and great performance from Lisa Beacom

Another good one

This is no 3 in this series. It was just as good as first two. Sabrina helps her detective boyfriend with another murder case. If you like cozy mysteries then read this series. I received this book as a gift in exchange for an honest review.

Give me apple pie!

Restaurant owner Clarissa Anderson is found dead on the floor !! But who would want to kill this woman? Sabrina and David are once again busy investigating yet another murder in the "quiet" town of Treasure Cove! Meredith Potts continues to build this story with that small town feel where everyone knows every secret. But another murder? Who did it and why? Who is attending the meetings for the secret society? Why are men going to the Gregory Morton for help? And will we ever find out what happened to Jessica? I am loving this series, each bringing characters in from previous books, giving a little more information to the continuing story. Sabrina is intuitive and her continual persistence to not let any case go cold helps to drive the investigations to their fruition. We get to see familiar characters like Wally and Ryan, and my favorites at the Daley Buzz, Elizabeth and Betsy. It makes listening comfortable, the stories have humor and gives a sense of satisfaction when solved.

The narration is continued by Lisa Beacom. I am enjoying her performance, she brings vitality and warmth to the characters as well as the grit the Sabrina has. I am looking forward to the next installment, hoping for some more answers!

Great performance, mundane plot outcome!

This was a moderately ok murder mystery that I did not find very creative, although it was kind of interesting. The performance of the narrator was outstanding.

Apple Pie With a Side of Murder

Sabrina Daley is at it again. When she and her boyfriend witness an argument of a local restaurant owner the night before her murder. And yet again all the strange little happenings in town have a side investigation going. It was fun and kind of innocent the big reveal on the light mystery from the big mansion. I'm excited for the other small mysteries to be revealed. This is a fun and light series. Nice job on the narration.

Quick and fun

Here we get resolution about the mystery of the lights in Watersport's place, but the one about the secret society? That one only thickens. And there aren't new leads on Sabrina's sister, which is a shame :(

Sabrina and her police boyfriend investigate yet another murder in the once peaceful town, and I'm wondering: is that secret society somehow related to this escalate on violence? I guess we'll have to wait until the next book (at least!) to know.

A quick, light read that will please those who love clean cosy mysteries.
