An Audacious Woman

A Historical Romance Mystery (Tabitha & Wolf Historical Mystery Series, Book 5)

De: Sarah F. Noel

Narrado por: Vicki-Jo Eva

The Dowager Countess of Pembroke is missing!

While Wolf contemplates whether or not to continue investigating, it seems that the dowager has taken matters into her own hands and is investigating a case independently. But why has she gone missing from her home for two nights, and what mischief has she gotten herself into? Tracking down the elderly woman takes Tabitha and Wolf into some of the darkest, most dangerous corners of the city.

What on earth is the exasperating dowager caught up in that she seems to have become entangled with London’s prostitutes?

Not here for the uppity dowager

I have enjoyed the other stories so far, but this ine with a focus on the dowager has been tiresome. i continually am ready for her part to over and to get back to the other characters. while she isnt a bad side character, as the main character my exasperation is constant with her. I realized even more in this book that I don't really like her. So, I am hoping the next book is back to her being a side character with minor roles.
