Absolutely brilliant

A fantastic addition the series. I love Ben Aaronovitch’s seamlessly including call backs to prior works without getting bogged down. The whole fam is back this time and it was so well done. Peter (and us readers) have a wild ride ahead! Kobna Holdbrook-Smith continues to be a top notch narrator. Thank you both!

Another great book in the Peter Grant series

Ben Aaronovitch’s novel and Kobna Holbrook-Smith’s narration bring Peter Grant police drama/supernatural thriller to life. They are both reaching their strides.

Good plot, amazing reader.

I really wish I could find more books with Kobna Holdbrook Smith reading! A very much not stand alone story in the series, absolutely read the earlier titles as the author doesn't waste time rehashing.

Great storyline and world

If you are looking at this review your already sold on this series. It doesn’t disappoint. Love the world- hate to see the book end.

Another fantastic story

This whole series is so funny and interesting in how Peter relates to the reader different things throughout each story. I also enjoy how magic is part of everyday life, but not in a general public sense, but on underlying part of life that if you were to stop and take a hard look around you, you might just notice something that’s more than just “weird bollocks”!

Not as action-packed but when they came - whew!

Also some very lovely family moments including an alarming final scene. Please say it ain’t so.

Have enjoyed every one of the series and eagerly looking forward to more so long as Mr Aaronovitch is pleased to provide them.
