This was one of her best books ever.
You will love every Character, especially Stella.. I loved how the Author delt with real issues in such a classy way. I will definitely re-read this again.

This book is hilarious! It has me in stitches at every other turn, and I'm only halfway through it. Great characters & narration = winning combo!

Deeper Than You Might Think!

When I started this book, I figured it was going to be another amusing story from Robin Alexander, which it was! But it was so much more as well! The depth she took in writing Rusty's character and her issues with her mother and how it affected her life was noteworthy. When you listen to this book, the humor might distract you from the dreams Rusty has, but don't let it. Listen to how she progresses with her own successes.
The character of Stella had me rolling! I've know a woman similar to her and I could picture this woman doing the things Stella did and the exasperated but loving manner Mona had with her was something special. This is well worth a listen!

Slower start that usual, bang up ending

Robin Alexander/Lori Prince are my favorite dream team for lesbian fiction. I love to laugh, they deliver. The beginning was a bit lighter on the humor than I have become used to, but was still engaging. The ending was pure Robin Alexander, which means I laughed heartily.

Alexander & Prince, perfect together

Nobody, NOBODY, writes real characters like Robin Alexander. She captures true and real conversations and sprinkles them onto unique characters and Lori Prince serves up the masterpiece.
Bravo ladies. Bravo.

Lesbianism meets the Marx Brothers meets Sherlock Holmes 😂👍

This rollicking concoction written by Ms. Alexander is the perfect solution to a long ride home through New England.
A cast of characters that include a burnt out professional, an overburdened police chief, a crazy anti-terrorist, a mystical family member from the past and a legion of seriously humorous residents of a small “restful “ town.
Going it off, is the inimitable reading of Lori Prince whose capacity to deal with both humor and human pathos cannot be beaten by anyone.
Obviously I loved the story and know that you will too.
