Good story
I really enjoy all of Boyd’s stuff,
There’s a pretty good twist interns in this one. It’ll be interesting to see what happens in book 2.

pleasantly surprised
this was a different take on an EMP situation. it's nice to see something that is different than the norm. sometimes the story seem to drag but overalls pleasantly surprised with the book.

interesting Plot
Cool story, new twist. Proof you can never be too prepared and that bad guys will be around every corner post-SHTF.
But here's another Author that doesn't know weapons. Used "clip" instead of "magazine" and I think he engaged a safety on a Glock.
