Publisher's Summary

Charlotte "Charley" Abbott has gone out with every guy under 35 in Butler, Vermont - except for one. Tyler Westcott's attempts to date her may be determined, and frequent, but Charley can't stand how he acts like he knows her better than she knows herself. So when Tyler turns up at the running club Charley joined to train for a marathon, she's almost ready to quit before she even gets started.

Tyler knows that behind Charley's prickly personality and dismissive attitude is a sweet woman he wants in his life. And when Charley suffers an injury while training, Tyler is ready to prove that the perfect man for her has been right there all along....

Ain't She Sweet

Oh, how I do love this series but my oh my Charley was a prickly character. She is so brutally honest it could almost be taken wrong.
Tyler really isn’t shy either and comes at her with just as much honesty.
I don’t know of any time in any book that having someone seriously injured actually made the book perfect because I don’t know that she would have softened up if she didn’t have the one on one time her injuries called for.

Because Charley is so almost abrasive I was worried there was going to be high drama but it wasn’t thank goodness there was still a climax and everything but it was unnecessary if that makes sense.

Their HEA is much needed and I completely loved it.

The narration was perfect for this book.

Love the story-hate the narrator

I prefer the narrator of the previous book. This one’s voice was annoying and nasally. And the way she voices the men is like nails on a chalkboard

Too Many winding side stories

The actual story between Tyler and Charlie was sweet but then then author delves too much into the stories of the other family members. There's a difference between casually mentioning the stories of the of people for continuity sake but whole chapters were spent on these characters outside of Tyler n Charlie. I just skipped through those parts!

Loved this narrator! Love Marie Force’s books!

And loved the story, of course! Can’t believe all the voices she can do, male and female....including all the characters from the former books in the series who appear in this book. Amazing!

Ain't She Sweet

This guy is unbelievably. He loves her. Has loved her a long time. His patience is unbelievable.
It paid off in the end. P.S. the sex is unbelievable as well.

Wonderful ending to a fun series

Finally! The last book in the series did a great job tying up all the loose ends and bringing all the Abbotts together. I think I enjoyed this one the most of the series.

Poor performance

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would probably suggest the book or electronic version. I had a hard time listening to the performance.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kasha Kensington?

Nearly anyone. There have been several performers for Marie's books that have been very good, but this one lacks sincerity.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I liked the story, but had a hard time keeping interest due to the performance
