This book is excellent!

The affirmation "I am grateful for my career and from more success yet to come" is one of several that the author urges us to say on a daily basis if you are having difficulties at work with leadership or success. Being a Black Woman, I consider any book that empowers Black Women to be a gift.

Mindset clearing the path for weight loss

This book offers a fantastic outlet for getting words of encouragement that are motivated by positive inspiration for those of us who need them. Each remark can be useful on its own, but seeing so many of them in one chapter will surely improve one's view on life and help them better concentrate on whatever challenging tasks they may be dealing with.
