A marvelous ending ♥

And we arrive at the last book in the series, and wow! wasn't this a wonderful way to say goodby?

Lizzie had to face the possibility of his professional life falling apart, and if that wasn't enough, there is a bully mom who set his sight on her family and a demented Facebook group spreading outrageous rumours about her and her brother.

And you know what? Through all these problems, she shines. Yes, she has nightmares and yes, she still finds it difficult to talk to Sarah about her problems but she does. And when she finally faces the bully mom is EPIC!

She has evolved and grown so much! It's a joy to see her with her family and friends, the strong bond they all have!

I have terribly enjoyed this journey with Lizzie and Sarah, and I have loved every moment of it.

And, as always, Stephanie Murphy does a fantastic job with the narration

Moving Forward

Lizzie and Sarah have a new son and have adopted Dimi. With a brother in prison and growing responsibility Lizzie is under lots of stress and suffering from nightmares. Then the conspiracy theories about her helping her brother murder his wife and her being sidelined at work threaten her livelihood. An old nemesis is back to haunt her. Will this blended family hang together? An amazing series about strong women who do everything to support each other, their friends and family. Great narration. Marvelous author.

I loved each and every one of the 7 books, and I love the fact that they are moving out to the east. Teaches you that you need to be flexible and not accept hardship...

Cute, Charming and Funny!

This is book # 5 of a 7 book series. I listened to the entire series from 1-7 in 9 days. Just when I would say to myself, "last book for a few days", the Author TB Markinson would leave me in some sort of cliff hanger. I count my blessing that had all seven books at the same time!

The narrator in one of my favorite narrators however, in this series, I needed to speed up her performance to 1.1 because it sounded a little slow, especially in parts where she performed as a man. But overall she did a great job.

I have listened to a total of 13 of her books (including a co-write with Miranda McLeod) and with each book, I think her craft has improved. Her books are fantastic!
