Who would've thought that you can combine meditative reflections to Winnie the Pooh and friends? I love that this combination works. It made me realize that finding moments to get lost in aimless walks is indeed good for the soul. And that also doing so with friends...to get aimless with them is also healthy. So glad to have this moment at work (printing conference certificates) to get to listen to this book. I will definitely cherish more those solo, quiet moments from now on.

Great way to start and understand simple ways to practice mindfulness and simply taking life in. There are a lot of useful ways to keep you on track. He is a very good speaker. If you are into golf, try his other audiobooks.

it was an amazing out look at life. I entend to listen to it many times. And to practice what I have heard. As I live on a mountain in the middle of a forest. I'm 68 years young and life has slowed down to where it has become very enjoyable. I'm sending a copy to my grandsons. I hope my daughter reads it to them many times . Thank you!!!
