Pleasantly surprised

Though it reads as a manual, I found it quite an enjoyable listen. It inspires me to do more research on this subject, and I will be listening again.

I liked learning about the samurai’s mindset. Nice to know what the samurai were all about.

Despite samurai customs, much of this is still valid today

I very much enjoy consuming information on the samurai culture. So much of the behavioral customs of a samurai are still those of today’s gentleman, and the book helped to teach good advice for proper behavior in all situations.
