A USA TODAY BESTSELLER

'Tis the season for a Bromance Book Club matchmaking mission! This time, they're pulling out the mistletoe for everyone's favorite country music star, Colton, and his second chance at love.

Country music’s golden boy Colton Wheeler felt the most perfect harmony when he was with Gretchen Winthrop. But for her, it was a love him and leave him situation. A year later, Colton is struggling to push his music forward in a new direction. If it weren’t about to be the most magical time of year and the support of the Bromance Book Club, he’d be wallowing in self-pity.

It’s hard for immigration attorney Gretchen not to feel a little Scrooge-ish about the excess of Christmas when her clients are scrambling to afford their rent. So when her estranged, wealthy family reaches out with an offer that will allow her to better serve the community, she’s unable to say no. She just needs to convince Colton to be the new face of her family’s whiskey brand. No big deal....

Colton agrees to consider Gretchen’s offer in exchange for three dates before Christmas. With the help of the Bromance Book Club, Colton throws himself into the task of proving to her there’s a spark between them. But Gretchen and Colton will both need to overcome the ghosts of Christmas past to build a future together.

"One of the most compelling and clever rom-com writers in the biz."—#1 New York Times bestselling author Tessa Bailey

A Very Merry Bromance is pacy, racy and full of heart. Lyssa Kay Adams writes witty fast paced dialogue that had me reading way past my bedtime! I couldn't put it down and now I want more!”—Jenny Bayliss, author of The Twelve Dates of Christmas

"Heartfelt and hopeful, steamy sunshine and grump goodness, A Very Merry Bromance is festive and as fun as it is full of feels—a touching, timely next installment in one of my all-time favorite series. I adored it!"—Chloe Liese, author of Two Wrongs Make a Right

Not the best in the series and a bit too preachy

Love this series, but never really love the in story romance book we have to hear. At least in this one is barely there, but it is so barely there it feels like it only made the cut because they figured it was needed again since it is a series. My favorite part of this series is the book club, and that seemed to be more on the sideline in this book than before. As a straight guy that loves romance books, I also personally started to get annoyed with the heroine and how it seemed her sole identity was politically preachy. I’ve got no problem with views (right or left) being in books, but this didn’t feel like the best way of going about it.

Didn’t finish

I’ll make it short, it was too forcefully PC/wokey. If you’re into that you’ll probably think it’s amazing. If not just save your credit and don’t bother. I really enjoyed the others in this series but very disappointed in this one.

Vlad in a Santa Suit

Not even a guilty pleasure anymore... just pleasure. This whole series is a joy.

It's Christmas with the book club. The grumpy/sunshine romance trope is explored - a toxic family of whiskey distillers on her side and Nashville's music scene on his. Plus, she's the ex of another book club bro. Tis the season for Vlad in a Santa suit.

Kept me coming back for more

The story line was great! Kept me wanting to come back to listening. Just the right amount is mixture of suspense and romance.

Sweet Christmas love

This is my first ‘Bromance’ book (yes, I know it’s the last one), but I am HOOKED! This was so good! Laugh-out-loud funny, poignant, charming - and sexy fun, to boot. Colton and Gretchen were the perfect reverse-grumpy/sunshine trope, and I found myself smiling along as they fell in love. Learning more about how their past shaped their current actions also gave a depth to this story that’s lacking in so many books. An instant favorite!

Some of the standout quotes for me:

The surefire fastest way to her mother’s heart was to tell her that all the money spent on facials and luxury skincare was working. Her mother approached aging like a toddler fighting a nap—kicking and screaming and crying that she wasn’t ready yet.

He wanted the simple beauty of teasing her lips with his, the hazy joy of learning her mouth differently this time. He wanted to let the taste of her linger on his tongue, explore all her flavors, and savor each one. He wanted to start again.

She’d said they made no sense, but they did. They were a shared memory. A promise of something good. They were single-syllable truths in a conspiracy-theory world. They were heat and touch and faith and joy. They were a kite in the sky. A storm on the sea.
She was the sand, and he was a wave.
She was a song.
He was its voice.
Holy shit.

“And why did you have to flirt with my mom?”
“I was trying to defuse the situation.” He did the suggestive eyebrow thing again. “Not a woman in the world can resist the ol’ Colton charm, amirite?”
“I’m going to set you on fire.”

Wonderful series

I’m sad to see this series end but I love that it wrapped up with a Christmas edition. Watching the men of the Bromance Book Club find love, with the help from romance novels, made for a delightful series.

Cute Christmas story with some laughs

Cute story with some belly laughs. Read the first book in the series and loved that one as well. Definitely recommend.
