Both authors narrate their captivating stories and leave us changed!

The authors’ principles are admirable, simply explained AFTER illustrative true stories from their lives or others’. I ‘rewound’ to write down memorable principles or summaries. They each admire and praise the other, one an elder mentor, the other an increasingly wise adventurer. Excellent book! Finished in a day.

Inspirational!

I've just finished this book, and am ready to start listening to it again! It has been life-changing to say the least. The adventures, wisdom, and humor stored within these pages will brand your heart with a desire to live life to its fullest and to dream no small dreams! A HUGE thanks to David and Dick, the authors, God has used your life stories to challenge and encourage me to live out some stories of my own. Grateful.

Not the best Batterson book

What made the experience of listening to A Trip Around the Sun the most enjoyable?

It was an okay listen. Not as good as Mark Batterson's other books.

Grace

These stories remind me of God's Grace and help in my continued grief recovery. I am reminded in these words of the 'God Ordained' aspect of my adventures and to seek it BEFORE embarking on the next adventure glorifying Him!
