God doesn't bless us to raise our standard of living. God blesses us to raise our standard of giving, and that's where true joy is found. I love that this book has specific examples of what I can start doing today, regardless of where I am in my journey to bless others. The side stories are great visuals.

Excellent and inspiring

Mark’s journey with God is both inspiring and challenging! You cannot out give God. That is a fact and Batterson’s book Double Blessing using scripture and various examples is a inspiring read. Giving is a privilege we as Christians have to further the kingdom of God and to do good in the world in which we live. I am stirred to do this to a greater extent!
