Imagine "Back to the Future" fused with the chaos of an alien invasion, told with the narrative brilliance of John Scalzi or Octavia Butler.

Time is not just a dimension, but a playground of fate and destiny. Faer Michelson is a man blessed and cursed with vivid and inescapable memories. From a childhood accident that opened a door to another realm, to mysterious encounters with a woman whose hair holds the colors of the rainbow, Faer's life has been anything but ordinary.

When a photograph surfaces showing a teenage Faer in a time and place he has no memory of, he is thrust into an interdimensional quest that challenges his understanding of reality. When Faer has a premonition of his own death he has to navigate a complex web of galactic politics, lizard aliens, telekinetic powers, and a best friend whose turned into a ghost.

Faer must piece together the fragments of his past to save his future. His journey is an exploration of family memories, the pain of lost loves, and the hope of redemption. Each revelation brings him closer to understanding his true purpose and the interconnectedness of all life.

Miranda Levi's "A Tear in Time" is a riveting tale that blends the excitement of time travel with the emotional depth of a family saga. I have no issues with the narrator. I think he did a good job. The story itself is really confusing to me. **Spoilers** The way, Hope says you're no longer yourself, and then they sent whites off to live the rest of his life kind of in hiding? Never to see his family again? then he seemed like he was okay with that. When Fear gave him some money he was just like 'Are you sure?'. seems like he would have been asking wait. I'm never allowed to see my family again? I'm just really confused. I'll listen to the end of the book and hope that they explain it, but I would love if somebody could find me on Facebook. message me and explain this to me. LOL

It's confusing

This book is fantastic! I loved the story and intend on listening again. The detail for each voice, the narrator did so perfect. Not only did I feel like I was part of the door, but thar I knew each character so well. Small nuances were perfectly found for each voice and made the story come alive. Hoping for a 2nd book very soon!

Fantastic book and narration.

Too many names and the story jumped around too much for me to enjoy. The narration was excellent. Normally, I love time travel but the lizard alien was just silly to me.

Convoluted but Just Okay
