Dissapointed. Better books available on subject.
Very disappointed. The author clearly has experience with OBE's, but does not effectively communicate useful information for others to experience the same. His advise, based on his personal experiences, does not translate well and not very insightful. There are much better books on the subect (e.g, Robert Monroe). I read 80% of book and had to put down, it was a waste of time, I'm sorry to say. Great topic, not a great book.
