Empowering and insightful.
I will never read the 23rd Psalm the same way again. What a comfort this book has been to me during a time of divine discipline in my life. What a loving and Good Shepherd the Lord is.

My Great Shepherd
Once I was lost, like a little lamb, until one day back in August of 1974, my Great Shepherd Jesus, took me under His wing and led me to green pastures, to Brooks of living waters, to a world filled with Peace and Comfort that has restored my Soul. I will Praise you forever and ever.. Amen

I loved it but I almost returned it!
I thought it was longer than this. I thought it was 3 hours and it was only an hour long. If it weren’t so good I would have returned it. But it is awesome! I’m going to get the full book as soon as possible.

Shott and impactful
I really enjoyed looking at sheep AND the shepherd in this book. it's only an hour listen, but packed with many jewels and wisdom. I will listen again and add a copy to my library.

Do you feel like a lost sheep?
It is no accident that David chose the relationship between a sheep and a shepherd as an example of our relationship with the Lord. Philip Keller draws on his experience as a shepherd and in this superbly written book one can only leave with a rejuvenated relationship with the Great Shepherd. You will never be able to look at the 23rd Psalm or sheep the same way again.

i have listened to this book several times.
I learn something new or am reminded of something i had forgotten every time i listen. I love the passion And compassion in the writers voice. His knowledge of being a Shepard is so inciteful for me.
