Loved this and will easily relisten. So much relatability to life and the relationship with God, that gets missed. I memorized the 23rd Psalm as a kid, but this opens up a new and fresh meaning to every line. Highly recommend.

The man who narrated the book could’ve been a Shepherd.

The author wrote this book with a pastor‘s heart, and with the experience of a shepherd with real sheep. And we humans are just like sheep. I’ve read the book but now I’ve listened to it. And I’m going to listen to it again because each time I hear it, there is more rich text to apply to my life and my heart.

The most insightful examination of a piece of scripture that I have come across. So encouraging and helpful to learn and almost look inside the mind of King David as he wrote the 23rd Psalm!

Life changing

Listened to it over and over. Bought 20 inexpensive paperback copies to give away because of the wisdom however listening to it was many times better than reading it. The narrator had the perfect voice for it and kept me engaged in the story. This will continue to be a good to book for me.

Amazing and in depth

I’ve read the 23rd psalms many times and never even imagined it could be this deep. Such a beautiful passage and a wonderful book!!

Although this is not a current book I found it timeless.
His illustrations relate to scripture in a very mind captivating way.
