Great writing!

A very well written story that truly draws you in to the main character. I wish it could have gone on forever.

Riveting

The book was difficult for me to follow in the beginning because of the different time periods and abundance of characters. But once I got the hang of it I couldn’t stop listening.

Another good mystery

Some engaging characters beyond the main cast kept the interest high. It took a while to get used to the two timelines, but it made sense. My only complaint is that the younger characters all sounded much older than they were supposed to be. Mostly my “great expectations” were met.

Really great mystery.

This was a very well written story with many twists and turns. The narration in the audio book was superb. I have listened to the first book in this series and will eagerly await,hopefully, a third.
