Awesome

I was listening to this book while i did some work today, i did more listening than working. i found they story well written and engaging. The narration was spot on for a smarty pants tough girl. The friends and relatives were engaging. The what i will assume is going to be the leading man from here on out is so hot. I will definitely buy future books in the audible format as they come.

A Fae Series!

This was my first Graceley Knox's book. This is the first book in the Tales of the Wild Hunt, a Fae Series. The characters are great, and the world building is complex, original, and entertaining. Jinx's hunt is intricate and captivating. The story ends with a cliffhanger. Elle Sonali did a good job with the narration. #AudiobookObsession

Best BFFs ever!

Yeah, yeah. I know most of you are in it for the romance, but I am so here for Jinx and Kapriel's friendship. Every time I read a story with a guy and a girl being close friends, it seems that one of them is gay, it's about unrequited love and/or missed chances and they get together later, or the dynamic is just plain strange or unrealistic. Sure, I've had guy friends who may have had secret feelings or at least a willingness to "go there," but two of my best friends ever where closer than brothers to me. We had zero interest in each other romantically and ribbed each other constantly, but would also have beaten anyone who looked at the other wrong. (Sometimes you just know a person too well to want to date them, though. Lol.) Closer than family, but just as crazy as family. This shines with Jinx and Kap who kick off this story and entertain you throughout. They are exceedingly ridiculous and just plain perfect. I could listen to their adventures and teasing all day, every day. The fact that the rest of the story is just as good is icing on the best cake. This is a fun read with Wild Hunt Fae, plenty of action, the best banter, interesting unique characters, and, yes, even the beginnings of a romance worth investing in, This is a series, so expect the first book to end right before the next adventure begins. It's the kind of cliffhanger that wraps up one mystery, only to point you towards another, which can be frustrating to those use to standalone books. For the rest of us, waiting for the next book is always a challenge of patience, but I have faith it will be worth it.

Great start.

Good story line to start out this new series. After spending time enjoying her freedom in the human world Jinx is pulled back into hers as the best huntress to find The King of the Wild. There is a cliff hangar at the end, so be prepared. Curious to see what the next book brings.

Really enjoyed this story

This is my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. Had a great storyline and characters. It does end in a cliffhanger so if that’s not your thing be aware. I would definitely read more from this author.

Good story with an interesting storyline and well done characters. There are plenty of twists and lots of action to keep you interested until the end.

Great start to a fae fantasy series!

I was excited to listen to this far fantasy series! It tells the starts the story of Jinx - who is heir to the Wild Hunt ‘throne’- and it was a very enjoyable listen! The story kept a good pace with unexpected twists and turns. I am excited to hear more from this author! The narration was very well done. Overall a great start to a fantasy series and I would definitely listen to the next one should it come out on audio!
