Quit listening; couldn’t finish

When questioned about her dad being attacked & her boss still questioned her, then she dropped the issue about the attack, I quit listening. That was the compelling evidence. It became stupid after that.

Good story, but a little lengthy

I enjoyed the premise of the story, and I loved the characters very much. However, I felt like it took to long to get to the point. But overall as a whole it was a very good story.

Fun mystery with a love story thrown in

This was a fun read for a summer day. The characters are well developed and relatable. I am not a huge orchid fan but this did become a fun feature in the story.

Good story

The only criticism I have is that, when there is a scene change without starting a new chapter, there is almost no pause. It was confusing when it involved new characters suddenly talking - - seemingly in the middle of the old characters’ conversation.

not my favorite

This story could have been shorter by about a chapter or so if the author didn't have to use the characters first and last names over and over and over.
