i likes this and the others in the needle work murders . its easy listening to and there is always a murder. but the characters themselves are great

knowledge of needle work

The characters are developing more with each topic. I enjoyed the description of period costumes as they complemented the antique autos. i could visualize the vehicles and their passengers. figured who done it early but was glad to see how it panned out.

This is my fifth book in this series and my least favorite.
With 2 hours to go I’m not sure I’ll finish it. All this classic car talk is completely boring, my mind keeps drifting off……

What made the experience of listening to A Murderous Yarn the most enjoyable?

The narrator is great and easy to listen to. She does a great job in making the story come to life with wonderful narration.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

The plot is wonderful and light, the mystery is something that makes one think. Trying to figure out what the clues are is fun and the characters are wonderful.

Any additional comments?

A great story and the intertwining of the antique cars with needle arts is so refreshing.

A great light reading with enjoyable story line!
