So energizing

Thank you jeremy i feel so energized. I actually kept my eyes closed for most if it and felt like i was in my own world.

this was such a unique meditation, I just finished the first one and I feel AMAZING! Jeremy you are now part of my morning routine, thank you so very much.

Trying with a partner in the morning

This was so energising! My partner and I agreed that we would rise in the am and try a new “short” routine. We chose this because it’s short and won’t interfere with our independent morning routines. The vibrational moving portion on the first track was fun, we both giggled as we shook our bodies erratically as directed but when we stopped we locked eyes with a “woah!”. We did feel the energetic vibration and happiness after some freedom movement. Later in the day I caught me partner doing “Eagle breathing” in the kitchen. All in all it’s something we will definitely integrate in our routine.

I like this fast and slow-

Sometimes it’s hard to meditate and get yourself to just sit- I started listening to this while doing my make up in the morning at first and now I do it during or after- it’s helped me create a habit/practice/time for myself where I actually just stop and breathe.
There’s no wrong way to meditate
