Awesome narration!!

I love Karen's voice and it suits the story so well. So much warmth and emotion. I listen to this story and the booktown mystery series she did over and over again!!

Great listen

Wonderful story as always by Debbie Macomber. The narrator did a great job by voicing the different characters. I stayed up late listening to just one more chapter even though the ending was predictable. I wasn't in the mood for my usual hard paced murder mystery. Debbie always delivers a welcoming embrace after a stressful week.

Awful

the next Debbie Macomber book I read I sure as heck hope that it doesn't have this person reading it. She's awful. I can't even explain it you can listen to probably the first half of the chapter and realize what I'm saying it's true. The story is just okay not a whole lot to it

Want to like it

Could not handle narrator. I’m from what is considered the country and this was just not my cup of tea. Could not follow the story line because of the narrative performance.

Disappointed with Delivery

I just couldn’t deal with the female voice trying to read the male part which sounded more like an elderly woman as the love interest - just couldn’t put it aside and eventually stopped the reading

Story was ok

The story was ok, but the narration was so annoying! Sorta choppy, halted speaking that totally distracted from the story - made it sound so cheesy. Slow too - I had to speed her up a
notch.
