Publisher's summary

The Great Raptor is a fearsome and deadly creature; and while the Raptor is no one's pet, he is fiercely protective and loving of his family....

Carly and Miki have never forgotten the stories that Grim has told them of the Great Raptor, the symbol of their new home world of Luda. Yet, it is the comparison their mother once made of the Great Raptor to Grim that gives them the courage to help the injured bird they find in the garden.

Find out what happens when their single act of love, faith, and kindness creates far-reaching consequences that no one, including their mother and Grim, could ever have predicted.

Several interesting developments

This story picks up the same day as A Grim Holiday, when Carly and Miki have started calling Grim “Manno”.
The girls and Dagan find an injured young Raptor in the garden and help him with food and warmth. Grim and Lisa are scared for the girls but amazed at his manners. When the raptor later comes to the aid of Carly and Miki in fending off some bad young males, he leaves them both with gifts of legend.
There’s several interesting plot developments in one short story.
Here’s hoping that release of the audiobook into Audible is an indicator that a new Tornian-Kaliszian book is coming sooner, rather than later.
I Really enjoy the dual narration by Gordon and Gill - they have done some of my favorite narrations.

Another successful story!

I was waiting for so long for this audiobook. And I really enjoyed it very much; however, I would have love it if the original Grim and Lisa were the voices that I was listening to.
I enjoyed this two narrators very much, but there's nothing like having the originals continuing the story.

Now I can't wait for Ull's story! 😄

Another great Tornian romance

I really enjoyed this audiobook by Mk Eidem! It’s set on Planet Luda, home of King Grim and Queen Lisa and their girls Carly and Mikki. You really need to read the other books in this series to get the most enjoyment out of this story. Lisa is very pregnant with another little girl and Carly & Mikki are playing in the garden when they find a young raptor, one of the deadliest things on the planet. This story is about the girls and the way the raptor protects them. Well worth the credit!

The Great Raptor

Carey and Miki meet and take care of the injured great raptor that their Manno, Grim, told them stories about. At the end of the story, the great raptor gives a gift to both girl - one gets a feather and the other gets a really special gift. I just live how Grim is with his family. Also, the sound affects are great. All of these characters are great but I am not sure about Ull. I will start his book soon. Ian Gordon and Jennifer Gill did a great job with the narration, but I am sorry the original narrators from Grim's book were not used.

Raptor for a Pet?

I love the humor. And the touching moments.
The little touches of sond effects were a nice touch.

love the book

I've always loved these characters and MK writing, but the narration Jennifer Gill has the voice range of a 5 year old. She can't switch characters all of them sound alike, and the guy was no better. If you can get past the narration it's a really good story.

A cute short story

I love this story. I loved that we got to see more of Grim and the girls. I am very happy that this story was written because I just miss this world. I am also looking forward to seeing what The Earthlings are going to do when they realize they are not the only ones out there.

So good😂

I love the Grimm series, It one of the more respectful romance stories with out a lot of racy seances, there is a great story line moral character and the protective nature we as ladies desire from men. He listens and they grow and go on to build a beautiful family and strong relationships, and a Kingdom of hope❤️ 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!
