People Are Dying to Get In

I was expecting a collection of short stories, but this is a single story. As the name implies it is about the business of graveyards. This takes place in the future where space is limited and graveyards and the dead have become quite a bit different. The plot of the story is completely original and I had a lot of fun listening to it. I felt like this was more science fiction than it was horror but it did blend a little of each together to form a unique story. I could easily see this as an episode of Twilight Zone or similar show.

The narration was excellent and the sound effects and voices really made this story shine. I really liked his voice for Thomas the ghost. Everything about the production of this story was great.

Really Enjoyable Paranormal Tale

I have a lot of Michael's work to listen to in the next few days and this makes me look forward to that very much. A Grave Business is a great short story with an emphasis on the paranormal. The voice acting from Mike Carnes is excellent and really gives the quality writing justice. At an hour long, this is the perfect lunch break story, before you have to deal with the real horror of work all over again. Please note: I asked for and got a copy of this for review. However, my opinion, as always, is entirely my own and not influenced by this.

fun and spooky!

This was a very fun book to listen to! the sound effects made this book truly come to life! The story was fun, the characters were loveable, The writing was fantastic, and the narration was sublime! A must read for all ages!

Teamwork Paranormal Style

A Grave Business is a lighthearted short story about a family run business that is likely the last of it’s kind and ghosts last hope to remain behind to take care of their unfinished business. The characters are adorable but they must work together to come up with a plan to save the business. The narrator did a really nice job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene.

I received this book for free for a honest review.  I loved the characters and storyline.  it flowed very well and held together.  The narrator did an excellent job of bringing the characters to life.  reccomend

The Narrator did a good job with the story. Fun, easy, interesting ghost story. Not scary, just a fun story.

I was expecting more but was very disappointed in the storyline. I liked the narrator he was very entertaining. I received this book at my request and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion here of my own volition.
