Male Narrator

I love this series. The story, the plot and how everything comes together is top notch. But the cadence of this male narrators voice sounds like some sort of odd Dr Seuss book. For every character. The cat sounds like the witch and the witch sounds like the wizard.. there’s no separation. I would have loved to heard this in a duet with a different male reader.

I love this series!

This is my favorite fantasy series in a long time! Perfect balance of silly and spicy, and with a compelling plot. Just one note though, the male narrator completely pulls me out of it, its like his cadence is extremely repetitive, no one actually talks like that and i ended up focusing more on how he was talking rather than the story. But luckily in this book there's really only a few chapters that are narrated by him. Other than that 10/10 from me :)
