When I discovered this powerful tool, I began to build bridges to freedom from circumstances that were meant to kill and destroy me. It was my words that brought the destruction, and it was my words that restored my life, as I crossed the bridge over circumstances that looked like raging rivers and deep canyons. The power of words brought freedom when a deep hurt and betrayal broke my heart to the extent of having a cardiac arrest and died. My words gave me freedom from 58 years of an addiction to food."

It’s a short but thought provoking read.
