The information in this book makes the process of growing mushrooms much easier. The 4 principles of mushroom identification were a helpful section in this book and expanded my knowledge. I just dived into the world of mushrooms with this audiobook, and all I can say is, WOW! So much information! This is a step-by-step guide on growing your mushrooms at home, and it's super easy to follow. The book makes it all seem simple and doable, even for a beginner like me. It's worth checking out if you're into growing mushrooms at home!

Great information for a newbie like me

I have heard so much about psilocybin and microdosing but had no idea what it meant. I love that there was an easy-to-understand explanation of what microdosing is and all the various ways it can be helpful. The author gives us a 9 step method to be able to grow your own psilocybin mushrooms at home. The author gives variations so depending on your situation or what you prefer, you have options. The author shares the pros and cons of microdosing and spells it out of how to be safe with it. The author also reviews how to identify mushrooms correctly which is critical when you are talking about cultivation and I learned about invisible factors that can contribute to mushroom growth. The author doesn't just paint the perfect rainbow picture of everything going smoothly, which it never does, so being able to review the problems often encountered was very helpful and something I am sure I will be referencing.

This book is great for anyone who is new to the subject and wants to know more information and wants someone to hold their hand along the way so that they can experience growing their own psilocybin mushrooms at home and be safe while doing it.
