The book is basically a guideline of the possibilities to become happy or work out for it. It brings you an overview of the tools that might applied at this search. Anyway the options are not mandatory and the author maintains free and comfortable to choose one or either more of those which you may judge worth for your purpose.

One of the best and most useful books I have ever buy! Based on scientific facts and research, the book gives advice and provides the reader with easy-to-follow strategies on how to be more fulfilled and satisfied in our lives.

Must listen

The book was a great balance as far as being easy to understand, It teaches that to be successful you must first be happy and not the other way around. We do our best work and are more productive when we are happy without being boring. Highly recommend.

Too much good

This book is a practical method that reveals how to achieve each one's own happiness. This book is suitable for anyone who is discouraged, weary, sad or depressed by a life which can sometimes be stressful, harsh or unfair. I definitely recommend this book.

Great

Happiness is worth pursuing for its own sake. However, research findings show that people who are happier also are healthier, live longer, enjoy more harmonious relationships, are more successful at their careers and are kinder and more generous. All good reasons to buy this book.

Insightful AND actionable.


The idea of an “ equation of emotion” sounds absurd, until the author lays out its simplicity and practicality. The book uses story and analysis brilliantly to make one valuable point after another that you can put into practice almost immediately, and improve with repetition.

Without knowing you, you need to listen this book


This is an amazing book. It explains the mind, our human emotions, and the source pain and suffering with a mix of science, stories, and ancient wisdom teachings. Then it presents practical advice on how to use that information to increase happiness in everyday life. And unlike a lot of the other stuff I've read, it actually works. I can see my mind now and control it much better. This is definitely one of the best books I've ever read for improving life by improving your mind.

Must Buy

Very inspirational and definitely recommend it to anyone who is going through depression! I'm happy to announce I'm no longer depressed of getting very close to being healed! I highly highly recommend you get the book.

Believe in yourself!

It’s all about Positivity mindset training. Sometimes believing in yourself is not easy, but if you implement daily habits that this book teaches, you will be on the right track. I really enjoyed very much.
