After listening to this book my eyes have been opened to how shady some people can be. The techniques explained will help me to avoid being manipulated in the future.

Good advice

The concepts described could really be applied to a lot of situations but I think this knowledge is especially helpful in business situations. Psychology is a building block to learning about marketing and I think this audio book could inspire some good campaign ideas.
