Very Informative

This audiobook is a well-written, short listen. I was provided with a copy with little expectations. Ironically, I happened to enjoy it. The book is written and narrated by the author. I was captivated by the author's cadence in narrating the book and his voice. He made an audiobook about mental health "sound" very interesting and kept my attention. Further, I like the subject matter and found the author's presentation of the subject matter to be insightful. The reasons detailed for why a person may need therapy inspired me. I listened to the book during a lunch break and am glad that I didn't let it sit.
