Great content, narrator couldve been better

Loved the book and will definitely use the tools given in my real estate business. However the narrator sounded very much like a salesman, at times like an infomercial. Would've preferred the author narrate it personally

the information was elementary. someone definitely wrote this book just to make a quick buck.

Short and simple

some of these methods I'd never try, but that's why 21 is a big number. it inspired some thought and he provides some good practical tips and tools. I can't say they are all timeless methods, but most of them seem to be relatively universal, regardless of technology.

Short read with practical advice

It's a short book. I bought the audio version. There is many different techniques that you can try and he goes into the cost and likelihood of being successful. I also appreciate that he feels he is a marketing person before a real estate person.
