Excellent workbook to cultivate resilience!

It’s a great workbook recommended by Dr.Jiani Wu to our faculty dept, it does a lot of great help to our communities and learners for us to work on improving resilience and strength, especially during this hard time that all of us are working and learning remotely, great support and thank you!
