Changed my view of God and my life!!!

When I first started listening to this book, I thought how strange it is that I will set up two chairs and have a conversation with God, to whom I could not see physically. I actually felt very weird at first but that was something that I needed to let go of in order to really connect with God. to say that this book was right on time, would be an understatement. I was going through things in my personal life that really had me distraught. So I completely opened myself up to the idea of two chairs and listened to the audiobook every morning. I can honestly say two things. One, the book had a lot of emotion and I believe that is because the author was reading it. Two, this book completely changed my life. I now know that I can sit and have a conversation with God full knowing that he is aware of my situation, it is not too much for him to handle, and he has a plan for me. I have shared this book with several of my close friends and family, encouraging them to listen and commit to 2 chairs. Bob, I thank you for writing this book and listening to God's call for your life. I am truly inspired.

Grow closer to God. Listen more than asking

This big lesson that stood out to me was at times we only pray and talk to God when it is convenient for us, and we expect him to answer us at the time in which we cry out or pray. But really it’s all about being still and listening to his word as he already knows our situation. We have to find time and put it into play to talk with God but most importantly to LISTEN to his words and impressions.

Have a little talk with Jesus!

Very practical and poignant. This book has me pondering the question of how close my relationship is with God. Is it close to call death in my life like calling the eight ball in the corner pocket for a master pool player?
